The mayor of the Italian city of Terni, Stefano Bandecchiwas once again the protagonist of his outbursts. The last one took place this Friday when he approached a protester and He spat in his face.

Stefano Bandecchi, a former military man with a reputation as a thug, attacks everyone and against everyone.
