The Coordinating Council for Scientific Research was created.
According to information obtained by “Report”, the College of the Ministry of Science and Education made a decision on the matter.
The number of councillors is 11 people.
Ulkar Sattarova, director of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education under the Ministry, was elected chairwoman of the Council.
The members of the Council are as follows:
– Afsun Razzaq oghlu Sucayev, Executive Director of the Institute of Additive Chemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education;
– Bilal Telman oghlu Bilalov, Head of the Department of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ministry of Science and Education;
– Elchin Mammadali oglu Huseynov, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Ministry of Science and Education;
– Alakbar Ali Agha oglu Aliyev, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, Baku State University;
– Gulam Rustam oglu Babayev, Head of Department of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Ministry of Science and Education;
– Konul Farrukh Gizi Bakhshaliyeva, Head of the Laboratory of the Institute of Microbiology of the Ministry of Science and Education;
– Saftar Yusif oglu Süleymanov, Head of the Laboratory of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of the Ministry of Science and Education;
– Nargiz Chingiz Gizi Akhundova, Head of the Department of the Institute of History and Ethnology of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan;
– Elchin Bahman oglu Suleymanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory for Labour Market Issues and Social Protection;
– Azer Etibar oglu Abizadeh, advisor to the Minister of Science and Education.
It should be noted that the Council will operate on a public basis.
