THE Ministry of Education suspended classes in Seville, Cádiz and Huelva this Thursday due to the DANA rain alert which affects southern Spain. This was announced by the advisor to the Presidency, Antonio Sanz, and educational sources confirmed it to this newspaper.
In any case, the closure of schools will not be general. This will only be done in areas of the aforementioned provinces where there is an orange alert. The Ministry of Education is currently working on developing this list of municipalities where there will be no classes this Thursday.
In this way, the courses would in principle be maintained in the Sierra Norte of Seville, where The alert level is currently yellow. This is not the case in the rest of the province, where the weather is orange and schools would therefore close.
