The family of 11-year-old Rasim Khankishiyev, who disappeared under mysterious circumstances on the section of the “Boztepe” water canal passing through the village of Garaguvendikli of Imishli district in December last year, filed a lawsuit against the host Khoshgadam Hidayatgizi and “ARB Media Group”.
Unikal reports that Yasamal District Court Judge Ulkar Khalil has accepted the Khankishiyev family’s request for a temporary security measure.
Thus, Vasif Vagif oglu Khankishiyev asked the court to search for his 11-year-old son Rasim Vasif oglu Khankishiyev and to hold certain conversations about him in the above-mentioned manner, as well as to submit photographs from the air to the “ARB Media Group” and the TV project “I’m looking for you” on that media topic. Khoshgadam Hidayat gizi Bakhshaliyeva, who acts as a presenter, demanded to be banned.
The lawsuit alleges that Khoshgadam Hidayatgizi, who saw that he would not be able to fulfill his promise to find Rasim, set up a false scenario around the search for Rasim.
“X. Hidayatgizi turned the search for Rasim into a traditional entertainment topic, deceived thousands of people on screen every day for the sake of ratings, and immorally exploited the emotions of everyone who focused on Rasim’s fate,” the lawsuit states.
