The court in Gaza gives Boss gang Abu Shabab for 10 days for surrender or trial.

Gas – The revolutionary court in Gaza gave the Israeli police leader Yasir Abu Shabab in ten days to surrender to be judged by various accusations, including betrayal. If you do not want to be present, they will run in absentia.

According to the report of the al -Jazis Arabic, the revolutionary court of the Military Court of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Gas made an announcement on Wednesday (2/7/2025).

The report indicates a statement of the revolutionary court that the decision was in accordance with the provisions of the Palestinian Criminal Code No. 16 of 1960 and the revolutionary procedural law in 1979.

The court accused Abu Shabab of betrayal and collaborated with hostile parties, unlike the article (131); the formation of armed banks, in contrast to the article (176); and an armed uprising, unlike article (168), according to the report.

The court is fugitive

The court emphasized that if Abu Shabab cannot answer and surrender, he will be considered a fugitive from the court and a consideration will be presented.

“The court asks anyone who knows his whereabouts, report this, or is considered a hidden criminal fugitive from the court,” the report added.
