The Meshchansky Court in Moscow has refused to consider the claim of Honored Artist of Russia, ballerina Anastasia Volochkova, against the Pension Fund.
This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing the court’s press service.
They explained that the complaint was returned to the applicant because the case “was not within the jurisdiction of this court.”
As reported EADailyIn July, it became known that Volochkova had filed a lawsuit against the Russian Pension Fund. The ballerina explained that the department “lost 15 years of her experience.” The artist explained that she tried to resolve this issue peacefully, turning to the legal department of the Bolshoi Theatre and demanding that she be given her work book with the specified length of service, but her demands were not met.
