Likewise, he proposed a series of conditions to the company, such as the commitment to negotiate a new agreement in 2025, the guarantee of maintaining employment and factories in Spain, or a salary increase greater than that proposed by the management of the company. 2025.
He also requested a new system of distribution of working hours for each worker, paid and compatible with family conciliation, both in the work group and in the technical group.
Finally, the CSIF recalled that its entry into Renault, during the last union elections, is an “alternative and a hope in the face of the unions which signed an agreement with which the workers, it assured, were not satisfied “.
