The death toll from a gas explosion in a residential apartment building in the town of Kirsanov, Tambov Region, has increased to three people.
The increase in victims was reported on Saturday, October 19, by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. Let us remember that it was previously reported that two people died in this emergency.
