It was then that she, who was dizzy, fell asleep, and the individual, “ take advantage of the state of unconsciousness » of the victim, he raped her. In an instant, she regained consciousness and tried to reject him, without success, due to her state of “weakness and drowsiness”.

As a result, the accused will be present in the dock of the Madrid court. In addition to the prison sentence, the prosecutor’s office requests for him a 500 meter injunction and a ban on communicating with the victim for ten years as well as six others of probation and obligation to participate in sex education training programs.
