“We inform you about the reinstatement of the dismissed director of the settlement secondary school of the Samukh District Institute, Gulsafa Abbasova, according to the decision of the Narimanov District Court, which is a decision of the court of first instance that has not been legally entered into force”.
Oku.Az states that this is stated in the statement from the State Agency for Preschool and General Education.
The statement notes that the trial is currently ongoing. The State Agency for Preschool and General Education will appeal to the higher court.
It should be noted that the employment contract with Gülsafa Abbasova was terminated on 06/24/2024, according to the agency’s order, due to violation of the corresponding clause of the MÜTDA instruction regulating the rules of the “Last Call” events (without use vulgar expressions in the music used at the event).
The school principal, who was fired for playing banal music at the ‘last call’ ceremony held at Samukh school, has been reinstated.
“Qafqazinfo” reports that the Narimanov District Court has issued a decision in this regard.
Gülsafa Abbasova, dismissed director of the comprehensive secondary school of the Samukh district institute settlement, returned to the position of director of that educational institution.
The court concluded that the director was innocent of the incident. In addition, it was decided to return the director’s salary for the 6-month period during which he was suspended from work.
It should be noted that images showing the performance of criminal music at the “Last Call” event, held this year at the school of the Institut settlement in the Samukh district, were spread on social networks and caused controversy. For this reason, the director was fired.
