The director of the Nigar Clinic LLC has been banned from leaving the country.
According to Gaynarinfo, the Nigar clinic, whose legal representative is Sardar Agamir oghlu Seyidov, located at 24/05 Chobanzade Street, owes 51,236.77 manats in taxes to the Central Local Revenue Department of Baku.
The court of first instance has already decided to pay the tax debt. Sardar Seyidov has filed a complaint with the Baku Court of Appeal.
The case will be heard under the presidency of Judge Saadat Salimova. It should be noted that the founder of the clinic is businessman Shahbaz Shahbazov, a doctor by profession.
