The Civil Guard managed to rescue a man with reduced mobility, who stayed at his home for three days in Paiporta (Valencia) without food, without water and without being able to leave the house. The man had the onset of hypothermia. His sister, visibly moved, could only thank the agents for the work they had accomplished.
First Corporal Baeza of the Reserve and Security Group number three of Valencia, explained that “the ranch was devastated. It is true that the relative who was there told us that “The first 24 hours took place with water at one meter”. “The bed where the person was lying was damp, we put dry blankets because he was beginning to have hypothermia and as soon as we could we moved him,” he added.
