The driver of an ambulance, aged 57 and bearing the initials MVB, lost his life this Sunday after the medical vehicle in which he was traveling on the AC-230 highway left the road, passing through the municipality of Curtis in La Coruñaand dumped on a farm.
As reported by 112 Galicia, the incident occurred shortly before 1:00 a.m. It was an individual who notified the emergency center that he had heard a noise and observed an ambulance overturned on the grounds of his houselocated in the place of As Mingueiras, in the parish of Fisteus.
With this data, the Integrated Emergency Care Center transferred the information to the Galicia Emergency Health Service-061, the Betanzos Fire Brigade, the Curtis GES, the Civil Traffic Guard and the Volunteer Group of Curtis Civil Defense.
