The agents of the Traffic Police Service Regiment of the General Directorate of State Traffic Police exposed the driver who was behind the wheel under the influence of drugs.
Oku.Az informs that this was reported by the Chief Department of the State Traffic Police.
Fuad Salayev, a resident of the Lankaran district, was stopped on the section of the Alat-Astara highway passing through the territory of the village of Sapnekaran, while driving a VAZ car, because he had an unpaid fine of about 7,000 manats.
During the document control, the driver’s actions were suspicious, so he underwent a medical examination.
During the inspection, it was determined that Fuad Salayev was driving the car under the influence of drugs, so the corresponding protocol was drawn up and sent to the court.
According to a court decision, he was administratively detained for 20 days.
