Rovshan Guliyev, a resident of the Gobustan region, was reported to have caused a traffic accident in the city of Shamakhi with the VAZ-2114 car he was driving. After the corresponding medical examination, it was found that the driver was using drugs.
The material collected about R. Guliyev was sent to the district court for legal evaluation. By decision of the court, that person was administratively detained for one month and his right to drive a vehicle was restricted for a period of two years.
