The driver of the wedding caravan who caused serious danger to other traffic participants was arrested for the actions taken by the officers of the Traffic Police Department of the Masalli District Police Department.
Oku.Az reports that R. Shikhaliyev seriously violated traffic rules with the “BMW” car he was driving and committed acts aimed at disturbing public order.
Later, those images were shared on social networks.
According to the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses, a protocol about the driver was drawn up and sent to the district court for consideration. By the court’s decision, R. Shikhaliyev was administratively arrested for 15 days and his right to drive was restricted for 2 years.
