The president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, has been locked up with his hard core in the building at 112 de l’Eliana for hours. Mazón’s team announced at 2:34 p.m. that the president was going to make an institutional appearance “in a few moments”, which did not happen. Since 1 p.m., the president has kept the other institutions that are part of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi) waiting. Presidency sources say the appearance was delayed, but did not explain the reason.
