On October 14, the European Parliament’s Trade Committee voted in favor of the EU granting a loan of up to €35 billion to Ukraine.

The allocation of a loan of 35 billion euros was approved as a contribution from the European Union within the framework of the initiative of the G7 countries to support the leadership of Ukraine with up to 50 billion dollars.
These loans will be made from the proceeds of the frozen assets of the Central Bank of Russia.
