“Although the delimitation has begun and expert group consultations continue several times a month, unfortunately the Armenian side still does not agree to continue the process from the point where it stopped.”
These words were spoken by military expert Adalat Verdiyev in his statement to journalists.
“The Armenian side wants to direct the processes in another direction so as not to return the three villages, which is unacceptable for us,” he said.
