“Splay of Hot Weather” will come in the European part of Russia since the second decade of July. This was narrated by the supervisor of the hydrological center in Romanian Russia Wilfand, according to TASS reports.
“The distribution of temperature in the European part shows that in general, the temperature in July will be close to the doctor. The first decade is cold weather with a lower temperature – Wilfand said.
According to the expert, the temperature is predicted higher than the standard in July in almost all Orlers, in the southwest of Siberia and the Far East.
Previously tell Vilfand when the warmth will return to Moscow. On Thursday and Friday 3-4 July, the air temperature in the capital area will rise to 26 degrees during the day.
It is not expected to rain, there will be a lot of sunlight, and the forecast promised. The warming will follow a slight decrease in temperature: on weekends, it will not exceed in addition to 21 degrees.
