Major martyr Elsever Pashayev is one of our heroes who wrote history with his blood in the Patriotic War.
A Baku TV employee visited the grave of our martyr along with his wife and children at Ikini Fakhri Alley to remember his memory.
Khayala Pashayeva, the martyr’s wife, said that Elsevar Pashayev’s greatest wish was to liberate our land from occupation.
“We didn’t know he went to war. He told us he went to train. He went to war with the rank of captain. Because of his bravery, he was given the rank of major early.”
Kh Pashayeva also talked about the difficulty of raising her children without a father:
“When Banu started first grade, the first question she asked me was: will my father come? Because she was very little and didn’t understand anything.”
