Oku.Az reports that the natural phenomenon occurred in Erzurum.
Since the morning of August 7, cold and rainy weather in the city center has caused snowfall in the mountainous areas of the Palandöken region. The air temperature in the center of Erzurum has dropped by 10 degrees.
Meteorologists said that in the coming days the air temperature will return to the seasonal norm.
