The “Scientific and Technological Vacations” plan promoted by the Bolivarian government through the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (Mincyt) closed the first week of activities with full success.
In the spaces of the Venezuelan Scientific Technological Pole, a total of 300 boys, girls and adolescents from Caracas, Miranda and La Guaira, belonging to the scientific center, enjoyed dance therapies, climbing walls, inflatable mattresses, educational games, a bag station, ula ula, children’s competitions and much more, as part of the closing of the first stage of the recreational plan.
The Vice Minister of Communalization of Science for Production, Danmarys Hernández, clarified that “the Scientific and Technological Vacations plan framed in the Great Mission of Science, Technology and Innovation, Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán, Summit 1, stimulates the first scientific vocations and technology.”
He added that for several days, the children strengthened their knowledge about biodiversity, chemistry, physics, astronomical and space sciences and the country’s productive scientific activity and visited biological stations, research centers, our main houses of studies and research of the System. Likewise, Vice Minister Danmarys Hernández stressed that Mincyt will continue to promote these activities in the coming weeks.
