Former Milli Mejlis deputy Vladimir Tymoshenko appeared in court.
According to information obtained by Modern.az from the “Electronic Court Portal”, OJSC “Azeristiliktehizat” submitted an application to the court regarding the reserve major general.
The case will be heard in the Narimanov District Court under Judge Mehriban Efendizadeh presiding.
According to the information, Tymoshenko’s garage was the reason for the institution’s appeal to the court. Thus, OJSC “Azeristiliktehizat” declared the garage illegal and demanded the former deputy to present documents for the object. When it became known that the documents were not in order, he was asked to dismantle the garage.
Tymoshenko, 81, was born in Kyiv. The reserve major general graduated from the air defense faculty of the Moscow Military-Political Academy. He was included in the composition of the National Council of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Azerbaijan, organized on November 26, 1991.
On November 5, 2000, Tymoshenko was elected deputy of the second electoral district of Nasimi No. 27.
