The Generalitat signals the cessation of mobility and restrictions in the areas most affected by DANA

After the meeting with CECOPI, the Generalitat reported the cessation of mobility and its restriction for all essential services and all businesses responsible for guarantee the provision of basic services.

The measure in question will start at midnight this Friday and will remain in effect until next Sunday at the same time.

In total, 48 hours during which mobility in the access and exit routes of the most affected municipalities by DANA will be concerned in order to guarantee supply to the most affected areas.

Everything comes after the CECOPI meetingafter which Vicente Martínez Mus, Minister of Environment, Infrastructure and Territory of the Valencian Community, announced this decision.

The objective, whichMeans can reach affected areas and so that volunteers can access it on a system organized in the Cité des Arts.

Transfers excluded from restrictions

They are excluded of this restriction, attendance at health centers, services and establishments; compliance with work, professional, commercial, institutional or legal obligations; return to the place of habitual or family residence; assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependent people, disabled people or particularly vulnerable people; required or urgent actions before public, judicial or notarial bodies, or those due to a case of force majeure or a situation of necessity; and finally any other duly accredited one of the same nature.

The restrictions will apply on the roads under state jurisdiction proposed by the Ministry of the Interior: accesses and exits from municipalities to and from the V-31 in its entirety, with the exception of the entrance to the city ​​of Valencia, and accesses and exits to municipalities from kilometer 0 -the port- to 9 of the V-30, which coincides with access to the A-3 in both directionsexcept at the entrance to Valencia.

Also in the paths of autonomous competition proposed by the Generalitat: the CV-33 between Albal and Torrent; the CV-36 (Torrent motorway) between València and the ring road; CV-366, southern access to Torrent; the CV-400 between Valencia and Albal; the CV-403 between Xirivella and Torrent; the CV-407 between Picanya and Sedaví; and the CV-410 between Alaquàs and the Bonaire shopping center.
