I write this article on the day when the fourth international development financing conference is in Seville. There is a socio -economic phenomenon that presided at this meeting: duty. In his final document “Adherence of Seville”, optimistically offers the new financial architecture of the debt. This approach coincides with the new “anniversary report” of the Vatican, confirming the moral orientation protected by Leo XIV from his choice.
In all analyzes of the media that followed the conference, reality was confirmed, as structural as unacceptable: about 3.4 billion people in the world live in countries that spend more interest on debt than education or healthcare. This is a rope that will suffocate the so -called developing countries that slow down or are impossible from a weight that has reduced the duty with the Western capitals. This, yes, is developed.
