On October 29, a suicide attempt occurred on a bridge in the Tovuz district.
“Qafqazinfo” reports that F. Farhadova, 23 years old (on probation), wanted to jump from the bridge into the river.
The tragedy was prevented thanks to the vigilance of an employee of the Gazakh district police department who was passing along the road at the time.
