The government spokesperson, PillarHappinessdefended this Monday the law on housing as “a formula that works” and rejected the “apologies” from certain autonomous communities not to apply it, among which he pointed out that of Madrid, governed by the popular Isabel Díaz Ayuso, as the “most symptomatic case”.
In an interview on Radiocable, Happiness highlighted how “indispensable” the collaboration of all public administrations give priority to constitutional law. He stressed that it is possible to demonstrate with “empirical facts” that the housing law promoted by the Government “when applied works”, as the Executive wants to demonstrate to the autonomous communities.

In this sense, he stressed that housing policy must be understood as it is enshrined in the Constitution and don’t use it as “synonymous with speculation or business” as, in his opinion, was done in previous years by the administrations of the PP.
