Visions of the constitutional document of 2024′, organized by the University of Vigo, this document will be the starting point of this process, which will be addressed by the Joint Transfer Commission. After emphasizing that “other Communities, with a statutory formulation practically the same as that of Galicia” have obtained the commitment of deadlines for this transfer, Alfonso Rueda stressed that “whoever is authorized by the legal system has the right to claim it.” “.

During his speech, Alfonso Rueda defended the determination of the Galician government to “take seriously the management of the coast”, and highlighted the law approved by the Autonomous Parliament, appealed by the government to the Constitutional Court, a body that ultimately approved the standard.
