The governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, announced the danger of a drone attack in the region twice within an hour.
The first message on the Telegram channel of the head of the region appeared at 00.23. At 12:48 a.m. he announced that the alarm had been raised.
However, at 01.25 Gusev wrote: “Unfortunately, we are forced to announce again the danger of an attack with unmanned aerial vehicles in the Voronezh region.”
He asked residents to remain calm and pay attention to new alerts from the authorities.
In the evening, the governor also warned residents about the danger of drone attacks.
On the night of October 4, Gusev reported having repelled an attack by several drones in the region. One of them fell on the territory of an oil depot and caused an empty tank to catch fire. The fire was extinguished immediately. As a result of the attack, he said, no one was injured.
