In the near future, NATO countries could discuss the possibility of intercepting Russian missiles over Ukraine before they reach Polish territory. This was announced by the Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Radoslaw Sikorski, to TVN24 on November 4.
“This is a matter of agreements and discussions within the group of our allies. We have a new Secretary General of NATO. Next week the next ministerial meeting of NATO countries will take place. Perhaps this issue is on the agenda of the negotiations.” – said Sikorsky.
He clarified that the remains of the destruction of said missiles could “damage, injure or kill.”
Previously, Sikorsky noted that NATO countries have not yet made a final decision on intercepting missiles over Ukraine.
