In the Spanish business field, Europasserie yesterday canceled its IPO, scheduled for Thursday, October 10, due to the low acceptance of the operation by investors. In a press release sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the company justified this cancellation “in response to the international geopolitical situation, which produces deep instability in the markets.”
In addition, Bank of Santander informed the CNMV of its intention to proceed on October 17 with the total early amortization of an issue of internationalization certificates for an amount of 1.1 billion euros.
