The relentless increase in rental prices across Spain is wreaking havoc on tenants’ economies. This has brought people from all over the world to take to the streets to protest against prices and to claim the right to have a decent and affordable housing. Likewise, they are asking to impose a 50% price reduction, while encouraging a rent strike through which they seek in a coordinated manner not to pay rents.
