The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the assassination of a local Hamas commander in the West Bank town of Tulkarm. The Israeli Air Force attack on Tulkarem was previously reported.
“The Israeli Air Force eliminated the terrorist Zahi Yasser Abdel Razek Oufihead of the Hamas terrorist network in Tulkarem”, – the IDF press service reported in a statement.
As part of his role, Oufy is alleged to have provided weapons to a large number of terrorists in the region, planning and leading a significant number of terrorist attacks against Jewish communities in the West Bank. It is claimed that Oofi was planning to carry out a terrorist attack in the near future.
