The Israeli attack, who survived against the healthcare convoy in Gaza, says that the troops have completed some still living

The Palestine of the Red Crescent released the heartbreaking story of the paramedic Asaad al -Nasra, one of the two surviving attacks on March 15 last year against the escort of vehicles in Gaza, in which Israeli troops died of 15 doctors and rescuers.

The 47 -year -old Nasra told the Palestinian red crescent, who listened to Israeli soldiers to finish his teammates with shots when they were still clinging to life. The paramedic also condemned that the Israeli forces detained 37 days after the attack and that they muddied him.

The UN staff and Palestinian red crescent found the bodies of 15 paramedics and rescuers buried in a regular grave. According to several people who discovered the bodies, they continued to work with the work that some had already tied their hands, confirmation that the forces of Israeli (PII) defended. According to the story that Nasra made her colleagues in the Palestinian red crescent, some of the health workers who survived the initial attack were asked for help when they were shot.

One of the two ambulance vehicles of the Palestinian red crescent, which left Rafach, in the southern part of Gaza, after the next escort consisting of ambulance cars, a fire engine, vehicles of the Ministry of Health and the UN, preceded them to return the bodies of two paramedics and other victims of the previous one, went to Nasru.

“Our colleague Nasre was in the same ambulance as her partner Rifat Radwan, who recorded a video restored on her phone, where you see how the journey of Israeli soldiers is attacked on them,” says Preston of Redeszen Palestine Redzhend’s.

Almost seven minutes, the video was published in April. In the record, you can see clearly marked ambulance machines and a fire engine circulating at night, with headlights and intermittent emergency lights, which contradicts the first version that IDF gave, denying that the vehicles carry light and emergency signals.

“Al -Nasra and Radwan received strong shots that everyone heard in the records, and very strong shots that continued even after the recording, since the Israeli soldiers continued to shoot against them for a long time,” according to the press secretary of the Palestinian Redges. “Al -Nasra was looking for refuge in the ground, in the back of the ambulance. He tried to hide and protect everything he could, with his body from the ground. In addition to him, he had the body of Muhammad from Hale, another murdered worker, ”says Farsakh.

In the presence of the international coordinator in humanitarian law – how they establish the protocols of the organization, Nasra told the Palestinian red crescent that Hale was serious injured, and this hugged him to his death.

After intensive shooting, the survivor heard Israeli soldiers approached the vehicles. Some of the wounded, still living health workers shouted, asked for help. “Al -Nasra said that the soldiers came very close, and then heard them shoot at those who were still alive,” says Farsakh.

The Palestinian red crescent believes that the Israeli soldiers did not shoot at the beginning against Nasra, because they believed that he was dead. When they realized that he was still alive, the soldier showed him a rifle on his head. Nasra begged for Hebrew for her life, telling them that her mother was a citizen of the Palestinian Israel. “Do not shoot, I am an Israeli,” – according to the organization, there were his words. “The soldier was a little embarrassed, Al -Nasra’s mother was a citizen from Israel in Palestinian …”.

The soldiers decided to forgive his life, says Farsah. Then he was forced to undress and throw him into a ditch. According to the Palestinian red crescent, the paramedic believed that they were going to kill him. I had bandaged eyes, but through the fabric I could see the destroyed cars of the columns; I could not see other bodies.

Arrested and subjected to torture within 37 days

Another paramedic, who survived the massacre and was released a few hours later, said that he was a witness to Al -Nasra for Israeli soldiers. Until it was released on April 29, the latter remained for more than two weeks in an unknown whereabouts. He has not yet spoke publicly about his terrible experience. According to his companions, he remains injured.

According to the Palestinian red crescent, he was beaten, humiliated and tortured for 37 days that occurred in the Israeli custody. “They treated him poorly, they physically attacked him, they tied him, they hit him, they also killed him and subjected him (torture),” says Farceakh. “Within three days, they isolated and placed him in a room with very high music, which the Israelis called the disco room, in their description, a place where you became literally crazy, with such high music that you felt that they bleed your nose and ears.”

For Nasra, he was released on April 29 after growing international pressure, learning that he was still alive and arrested by Israel. To the question of the newspaper KeeperPII sent the following statement: “The person was arrested on the basis of information about spy services aimed at their participation in terrorist activities, and during his detention he was questioned on this issue. (…) At the end of the interrogation and taking into account the information received, it was decided that it was not according to the law. ”

The Palestinian red crescent claims that Nasra accuses the guilt of experiencing your colleagues -killer and that the paramedic is still tormented by the “sound of shots, the vision of their wounded colleagues and their brutal killings.”

Eight paramedics, six civil defense workers in Gaza and the UN employee were killed in the attack. Although the accusations initially refused, the IDF conducted an subsequent investigation and admitted that there was a “misunderstanding” and “violation of orders”, among other errors. The subcomantant, responsible for the unity associated with the IDF, was rejected “for providing an incomplete and inaccurate report during interrogation.”

Kamal died near the doctors of the Palestinian red crescent, a cooperative of the United Nations Agency for Palestinian refugees (Yunsva). The Consolidated Execution was then described by the general commissar of the agency of Philip Lazzarini.

“The body of Kamal was discovered near the common grave, next to the bodies of humanitarian workers of the Palestinian red crescent, killed by Israeli troops,” Lazzarini said in a statement. “He was killed by one or large number of blows on the back of the skull (…), despite the various requests presented by UNNSVA, the Israeli government did not receive a direct answer about Kamal’s death (…), impunity opens the door for great atrocities,” he added.

“Our judicial analysis denies the Israeli version that Kamal was shot dead, and therefore he died,” said the press secretary of Juliet Tuma. “They did not shoot against him, they shot at his car, but the cause of his death is in strong consequences, one or more, which he received on the back of his skull with a heavy object (…), perhaps the back of the weapon or any other heavy object.”
