Oku.Az The project for the Istisu settlement, located in the western part of the Kalbajar region and with a total area of 63.1 hectares, will be carried out in stages.
The area of the land to be built in the first stage is 39.2 hectares. At this stage, the construction of 159 private houses is planned. In general, according to the project, 71 terraced houses (142 apartments) and 10 buildings with 180 apartments will be built here in the future. In addition, all important social facilities and necessary infrastructure facilities will be created in the settlement. It includes a school with 352 pupils, a kindergarten with 100 places, an administrative building, a sports and health centre and a community club, a medical centre and a sports field.
The town of Istisu will develop according to modern standards and become one of the important regional centres.
