Judge Adolfo Carretero temporarily files the case against Íñigo Errejón and postpones the declaration of the former Sumar spokesperson as being the subject of an investigation for sexual assault, scheduled for this Tuesday. The magistrate explains that this decision is due to the “temporary incapacity” of the actress’s lawyer Elisa Mouliáa, since she is pregnant.
Likewise, the investigating judge decided “to temporarily archive this procedure”. Thanks to the order to which laSexta had access, it is understood that the file will be reopened when it has the medical report of discharge from the actress’s lawyer, Carla Vall.
Carretero had already delayed the actress’s statement until next Tuesday, November 12, after rejecting a postponement from her lawyer. Thus, her statements as complainant and those of the former politician as investigator would coincide that day. Since it was filed, we will have to wait for both to come and testify without knowing a precise date or if they will do so on the same day.
Mouliáa was summoned to testify last Thursday following the complaint filed against Errejón for alleged sexual assault. However, Mouliáa’s lawyer requested the postponement of all statements. She bases her request on the advanced state of her pregnancy and also on the fact that she is currently on sick leave.
A report which now becomes a provisional file for this case initiated following the only formal complaint against the former politician in which he is accused of sexual assault. A lawsuit that Mouliáa filed when a multitude of similar anonymous testimonies against the also co-founder of Podemos appeared on social networks.
