Judge Ana Magraner accepted the request of Jaime Campaner, Rafa Mir’s lawyer, and summoned the four local police officers who went to the home of the Valencia CF player.
As published by EL ESPAÑOL, the report from the local police in Bétera states that the complainant told officers that she had gone “to the bathroom consensually” and that Rafa Mir “stopped when he was told to do so.”
The magistrate will also question Rafa Mir’s friend who was in the house and who was not reported by either girl. Before the Civil Guard, this professional soldier confirmed the version given by footballers Rafa Mir and Pablo Jara.
Likewise, they were also summoned to testify the complainant’s father and the neighbour who was walking a dog through the urbanization and called the local police when he encountered the young women.

However, later before the judge, the young woman assured that she had only spoken with the female agent, apart from the rest of her colleagues.
These contradictions between the complainant’s version and that described by the local police in its report are what led the magistrate to accept the request of Rafa Mir’s defense to call the local police officers as witnesses.
Rafa Mir’s defense also asked the judge, as published by EL ESPAÑOL, to request images from the nightclub and to gather information about a previous fight between the plaintiffs and other women.
