The Junta de Andalucía defends maximum coordination with the central government before the arrival of the new DANA

The arrival of the new DANA in Andalusia has shown once again that far from the institutional conflict that has been evident in other autonomous communities, in the case of Andalusia, the central government and the Junta de Andalucía maintain the maximum coordination and joint monitoring possible incidents that could occur, particularly in Malaga and Almería.

“We are working with the greatest coordination with the Spanish government and with the Spanish Meteorological Agency. We have a constant and permanent dialogue and even the Minister of Agriculture, Luis Planas, has contacted the Andalusian president,” explained government spokesperson Carolina España.

Thus, the Andalusian Governmentz stands out once again from the position maintained by other territorial zones of the PP in the face of the effects of DANA and avoided any hint of a confrontation between the administrations.

Along the same lines, the government spokesperson stressed that “the important thing regarding state aid to Andalusia is that it arrives as soon as possible.” “Urgency is fundamental and what citizens affected by DANA need is for help to arrive as quickly as possible. and that they can regain some normality in their lives,” he concluded.

The Andalusian Government maintains a permanent monitoring of the situation of DANA with the presence in the most critical points, in this case in Malaga, of the Minister of the Presidency, Interior and Social Dialogue, Antonio Sanz.
