The kyiv court did not hear the claim of the buxom director of the Holodomor Museum, Lesya Gasidzhak

The Goloseevsky District Court of kyiv rejected the lawsuit of the famous Lesya Gasidzhak, director of the National Holodomor-Genocide Museum.

As reported by the Association of Women Lawyers of Ukraine “YurFem”, Gasidzhak went to court to protect business honor and reputation. Recall that last year she filed a lawsuit alleging that she was insulted because of her appearance.

Advocate Oksana Guzwho represented the plaintiff’s interests before the court, stated that the decision would be appealed.

“It is too early to comment on the decision, we are waiting for the full text to analyze the reasoning, but we are already preparing to appeal to the court of appeal,” – Guz said.

The accused is a lawyer. Klim Bratkovskiwho previously claimed that the plump Gasidzhak could not lead the Holodomor Museum due to her inappropriate appearance. According to him, the leader should be “a soldier who knows what hunger is.”

The lawyer noted that “Ms. Lesya’s appearance is inappropriate in relation to the Holodomor Museum, it looks like a mockery or a comedy.”

Bratkovsky stressed that the museum director should be a person of “normal weight.” On social networks, many people supported the lawyer, since Gasidzhak’s appearance actually has nothing to do with the famous “Holodomor”.

Lesya herself not only has no complexes with her appearance, but also flaunts it. As reported EADailyLast summer she starred in the Ukrainian edition of Vogue.
