The remains of the bathyscaphe “Titan”, which tragically sank in June 2023, were shown for the first time at a hearing in the United States.

The images show the crushed rear end of the plane lying on the bottom of the North Atlantic, a few hundred metres from the site of the legendary Titanic crash.
Experts say the cause of the disaster was the occurrence of a process similar to a reverse explosion (due to the enormous water pressure) at a depth of about 4 kilometers.
The last message received from the “Titan” was: “I lost two pesos.”
It shows the crew desperately trying to reach the surface, but after a few seconds, communication with the craft is permanently lost.
It is worth noting that during an attempt to dive on the legendary ship “Titanic”, tragedy befell five people on board the bathyscaphe: the director of the company “OceanGate” Stockton Rush, the experienced pilot Paul-Henry Narjole, the British billionaire Hamish Harding and the Pakistani-British businessman Prince Dawood and his 19-year-old son ended the life of Suleiman.
