A new episode of “Arzun Masati” has been released.
Former singer Elmir Gahramanov, known as the “Ibo” of Azerbaijan, was the guest of this year’s show.
Elmir Kahramanov, who was once a drug user, spoke about how he acquired this harmful habit and how it affected his life.
He said that when he started taking drugs he fell to rock bottom.
“I used to earn 3,000-5,000, buy whatever I wanted and even help relatives and needy people in whatever way I could. When I went with my friends to relax and drink tea, I came across sick people. One day they said to me, “Check once, aren’t you a man?” I was young too, I thought that masculinity is measured by this and I thought, “What will happen to once?” I was taking a wrong step, I was coming down from the top of the mountain.”
The former singer, who lives separately from her son, said she misses him:
“I have been longing for my son for nine years. I cannot go near him because the court’s decision deems me a dangerous person. The court made that opinion and we obey the law. I have visited the school where my son studied many times from afar when my classmates found out that I was his father, they said, I did not go near my son so that they would not say I want to meet him, but I am afraid that my son will not love him because I shattered all his childhood dreams and left. I am not a person who cries every moment, but I cry every night when I think of my son.”
