The León Local Police arrested this Friday a young man who had escaped from a juvenile center for three months and involved in the theft of several vehicles parked in the neighborhood from Paseo de Salamanca and the Eras de Renueva district.
The arrest took place on Friday morning, when local police officers observed a young suspect in the Paseo de Salamanca neighborhood. When the patrol approached the young man, he fled towards the Eras de Renueva area, which is why a chase on foot began towards Santos Ovejero Park, until ‘it is intercepted, reports Ical.
Thanks to the arrest, a large portion of the items stolen that night, as well as previous thefts, were recovered.
