Section 23 of the Madrid Provincial Court opted for an intermediate solution in response to appeals from Begoña Gómez’s defense who requested to archive the entire investigation underway before the Court of Instruction number 41 of Madrid. After analyzing the case, they decided to refine the subject, leaving aside the line that affects Globalia and allowing the investigations to continue.
