The Madrid court sets a new date and will rule on October 7 on appeals in the “Begoña Gómez case”

The Provincial Court of Madrid has set a new date and will deliberate next October 7 on the appeals presented by Begoña Gómez and the prosecution which request to archive or, at least, limit the appeal Begoña affair.

This decision was scheduled for last Monday, but the Article 23 Court decided to postpone it because it did not have a copy of one of the most important documents in the case: an appeal filed on July 8 by the defense of the accused, wife of Pedro Sánchez.

It is for this reason that the Provincial Court requested clarification from the lawyer of the Administration of Justice assigned to the court in charge of this investigation, the Court of Instruction number 41 of Madrid, whose head is the judge. Juan Carlos Peinado.

Now, once Section 23 has received all the case documentation, the court has set next Monday for deliberation.
