The trial of Firgat Fuad oglu Aghazade, accused of stabbing a mother and her child in the village of Tukavila in Lankaran, has ended.
APA reports that the verdict was announced at a meeting chaired by Judge Oruj Jalilov at the Lankaran Serious Crimes Court.
According to the verdict, Firgat Fuad oglu Aghazade was sentenced to 9 years in prison.
It should be noted that Firgat Fuad oglu, born in 2003, a resident of Tukavila village in Agazade region, stabbed his mother Javahir Mursel gizi Mammadova, born in 1957, on the farm owned by Valeh Nadir oglu Mammadov, born in 1994, a resident of Separadi village of Agazade district.
Valeh Mammadov, who responded to his mother’s call, was also attacked by F. Aghazade.
Then Firgat Aghazade wounded himself with a knife.
The three people were taken to Lankaran District Central Hospital with varying degrees of injuries.
Firgat Mammadov was handed over to the police department after receiving medical assistance.
An investigation was carried out at Lankaran District Police Department and Firqat was detained in Agazde and handed over for investigation. An investigation has been initiated in accordance with Article 126.2.3.
