In Baku, a woman complained to the police that her husband was drunk.
According to Qafqazinfo, 41-year-old Elvin Guliyev (names withheld) came home drunk on the day of the incident.
According to the prosecution, while his wife Samira was condemning his behaviour, Elvin threatened to kill her. After that, the woman ran straight to the police station. Her drunken husband followed her and the couple had an argument in front of the apartment.
Following his wife’s complaint, Elvin was arrested and his act was assessed as minor vandalism.
By decision of the Nizami District Court, Elvin was placed under administrative arrest for 15 days.
