For this occasion, the Ambassador of Arelim emphasized that Rwanda remains committed to the important factors of the world, both in Africa and in the world.
“Our vision of 2050 set a bold goal to make Rwanda a high country based on knowledge and inclusive,” he said.
However, according to him, development is not just the number of numbers or gross domestic products. What is more important is to guarantee that every citizen of Rwanda will be able to live a worthy, prosperous and significant life. “It is also that the genocide is never repeated on our Earth,” he said.
In addition, he said that Rwanda’s history is an extraordinary story about human stability, as well as the proof of strong global solidarity. The support of friendly countries, including Indonesia, he said that he was a source of inspiration, as well as an important support in Rwanda today.
Closing his speech, the Hareliman ambassador expressed gratitude to the government of Indonesia, diplomatic communities and all international partners who worked with Rwanda in this liberation. He also invited to continue to strengthen cooperation, as in trade, innovation, education and relations between communities.
“Let’s build a world together where liberation really means an opportunity for everyone, and where the past has never drowned out the future,” he concluded.
