A complaint was filed in court about the Leyla Shikhlinskaya Clinic, which has been operating as “Leyla Medical Center” since 2019.
According to Gaynarinfo, Mikayil Rashid oglu Kazimov filed a complaint with the Khatai district court about the clinic.
M. Kazimov has filed a claim for “personal injuries” with the limited liability company “Leyla Medical Center”.
The case will be examined under the presidency of Judge Aygün Hasanova.
Mikayil Kazimov is the father of a martyr. His son Kemal I was martyred in the Karabakh War. His other son, Vusal Kazimov, died of illness.
The martyr’s father claimed in the media that he took his deceased son to Professor Kanan Yusifzade – “Leyla Medical Center” for treatment, and was admitted to the intensive care unit when his condition worsened. Although 15,000 manats were spent, K. Yusifzade’s son died two months after the operation. The martyr’s father claimed that his son died as a result of the doctor’s negligence.
It should be noted that in August of this year “American Hospital” LLC was canceled and joined “Leyla Medical Center” LLC. Vahabov Elnur Ramizovich is the legal representative of LLC “Leyla Medical Center”.
