A maximum danger level has been declared in several regions of Spain due to heavy rain and wind.

It has been declared red, the maximum level of danger, in Catalonia and Andalusia. The rains have been observed to be extremely dangerous for the regions.
He said the red danger level indicates around 120mm of rain could fall in 12 hours.
